If you want to lose money on a truly awful hotel with the charm and quality of a dilapidated crumping army bse and matching rude and Incompetent staff awful hotel ferretti should be your choice of hotel. If you want anything better please give awful rude hotel ferretti a miss.

Great location and easy to do self check in. I recommend the big rooms with private bathroom.

This Hotel needs major upgrading. Shared toilet, windows that barely closed, very poor security. The location though is optimal with everything closeby in quick walking distance.

Um hotel simples, mas bem localizado, a poucos minutos de tudo a pé. A equipe foi cordial, mas também não tivemos necessidades maiores. O check in ocorreu rapidamente e o quarto estava pronto antes do tempo. O quarto é simples, mas a cama é travesseiros eram desconfortáveis. O banheiro privativo cumpria suas funções, mas a privada estava descolada do chão, o que era um risco com o peso. O banheiro estava limpo, mas cortininha do banheiro estava suja e fedendo. No armário tinham cobertores que não estavam limpos, mas não precisamos usar. Debaixo da cama estava sujo inclusive com papel higiênico de outros hóspedes, o que significa que não foi limpo adequadamente. Ao lado da porta do quarto tinha um banheiro externo onde era possível ouvir a porta abrindo o tempo todo, além de ouvir as pessoas fazendo suas necessidades. Outra coisa ruim eram as chaves antigas que não encaixavam na fechadura. Resumindo, um hotel em conta e sem luxo para quem quer economizar, mas que tem problemas simples que já poderiam ser resolvidos.

Location of the hotel was great, close to the train station and the main attractions were really close by. The guy that checked us in was very polite and helpful when we couldn’t lock our door properly. The room we stayed in was pretty run down but large and had everything we needed (room 10). On the last night we were woken up by an alarm from a shop of sorts out our window at 3am which then turned into hammering and drilling from around 3:30am to 8:30am therefore we had an awful sleep and were glad to be leaving that morning. Upon checkout the woman at reception who we hadn’t met yet didn’t seem ready to entertain guest and when we asked to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before our train we felt like it was a chore and we actually then debated if we should leave it or just take it with us. When coming back for the luggage we were met with the same rudeness and she frankly just couldn’t be bothered which was disheartening when you’re paying to stay and especially when we were 2 females alone. Personally wouldn’t stay again which is a shame as we’ll definitely return to Florence.
