Hotel Ferretti

Do not book this hotel . It is not as described and all the photos do not represent the true state of the rooms and facilities. This place is dirty and the security poor. No staff to assist . This is hostel standard accommodation. Tried to cancel immediately on arrival but no response from the hotel team and refund declined . A very expensive mistake to make don’t book here

Probably the worst hotel that we have stayed in The rooms bear no resemblance to to the web site photos.We arrived to a stale unpleasant odour The rooms were tired & in need of redecoration the door to our room was flimsy & there were gaps at the top of adjoining rooms.Our friends room had not been cleaned with footprints up the wall & exposed wiring outside . Having seen the poor condition of the hotel all 6 of agreed to find alternative accommodation, which we did for similar money but to a far superior standard Needless to say the hotel have not responded to emails & there was no one at the hotel to put our concerns to when we arrived In short do not book to stay here

So the location was great- everything else was a total sh*t show. there is no reception, so they whatsapp you for your passport and give unclear instructions to get in. Lots of confused people and it is all unlocked. There was no hot water for 4 days... zero response. The service was non existent and wasn't dirty but not clean. Again- not ok to not have reception, we got the whatsapp message, other guests didn't. if you are in late, not sure how you get in? Again- total mess, not at all as advertised, and 4 days, no hot water- inexcusable, and zero communication about it

Foi uma boa experiência, o local é simples mas muito agradável. O quarto tinha tudo que precisávamos e a localização é exatamente conseguimos fazer absolutamente tudo a pé. O único problema foi a comunicação e informações antes do check-in, mas no geral foi muito boa!

If you enjoy cold showers, an hour to check in because there was no one at the desk and you did not receive the necessary information ahead of time, and never once speaking with an employee in the three days you are there, than this is the place for you. Oh, and out my window in my room was a storage area with old paint and chemicals. It looked like an old storage room that was accesible through my room window and through a window in the hallway. I did not feel safe at all. I've travelled a lot through the USA and Europe, and without a doubt this was the worst place I've ever stayed at.

A little tricky with check-in over whatsapp as there is no reception, but it worked and all good overall.

I reserved a room at this hotel and almost immediately noticed I clicked the wrong date. This was in January and I noticed it LITERALLY immediately. They refused to either move the date or refund the money. Never again with this hotel or Expedia!

This hotel is our worst experience. It is hardly ever I write a bad review but this needs to be dealt with and said. This hotel is nothing like the photos. We spoke to multiple other people who were staying at the hotel and having the same issues as us. There was ZERO hot water for the 2 days we were there and no one to contact. We attempted to contact them through Expedia and WhatsApp as they requested, but there was no response or even a follow up. The shower would not drain. The toilet flush handle was broken. There were bugs (mosquitoes) smeared with other people’s blood on the walls. Shoe prints and cracks all over the walls and ceilings. It was advertised as a room that was cleaned daily but there was no service provided. When we had to reached out to Expedia to even get into contact with the hotel. The hotel still did not respond. There is no one at the front desk at any hours except for when we checked in. This place ruined a good portion of our trip. I would highly suggest you find someplace else.
