Hotel Ferretti

We were in Florence for the weekend. We were happy to find a nice place near the train station in what turned out to be a quiet neighborhood. We were within walking distance of all the tourist attractions in the city centre, and less than ten minutes from the train station. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location, however, no one at the front desk except 10am to 4pm, no hot water 2 days, no heater 2 day.

Management is terrible and Hotel stinks, hotel is hiding information. After booking a room then they mentioned information that is important before booking. I would advice to book other hotels because management is not trying to help their guess

The place was old and weary with lots of stairs and no lift, but you get what you are paying for. The location can not be better, close to everything, train, bus or airport transfer. Still in the old town with everything.

Terrible customer service. If you need your bags stored, don't be fooled by the answers or descriptions, they will receive them after 10am. Otherwise you will be forced to be served by WhatsApp where you will be ignored until 10am, no matter what time you arrive. Also the walls are full of mould, it's dark, it has gloomy vibes that ruin your stay. I couldn't get into the rooms because I was left outside the hotel waiting until they felt like coming, then they stopped responding to me after agreeing to refund my money, therefore they kept the money, without replying to me on WhatsApp or Booking (of course, don't expect them to reply to you on Booking). If you want to have a Placid stay please don't stay at this hotel.

A lovely place to stay! We loved our stay!!

It was clean and I slept well, location is fantastic to Centro and trains. The bathroom you share is small but does the job it wasn’t busy so no issue getting into the washroom when I needed , lots of stairs going up

Perfekt

An extremely basic hotel. The room was a bit more like a prison than a comfortable room to return to after being on one's feet all day through the streets of Florence.The bed had sheets that kept slipping off in the night. Worst of all my head was forced to sleep near a hot radiator. I had to put my towels on it to reduce the heat, which was not controlled in the room. The staff was quite friendly and attentive. They helped mitigate the rooms defects. And it was located in quite a good area.

easy check in and out . room was clean comfortable, quiet and in a great location.
