Hotel Ferretti

DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely no front desk. We showed up and could not get our hotel room open. Dirty and poorly maintained place with absolutely awful customer service. Management would not answer the phone for us nor Expedia. Not sure why this listing isn’t removed.

No A/C was a major downside. Shower curtain was moldy, floor was disgusting, front desk was empty nearly the entire time. Worst hotel of our trip by far.

I previously rated this hotel 1 star due to fact that they don't respond to any emails or what's app messages directly or from the Gregori hotel group. That hasn't changed and I was dreading our stay after booking a room before checking the reviews. However we did stay had room 6 which was spacious and clean. The sheets were white crisp cotton the bed was big. The towels were nice white quality cotton. The room had a tv fridge and kettle which was especially welcomed. The bathroom was small with a shower lots of hot water. These were the positives onto not so great the fridge wasn't that good. The shower head needs replacing and the sink is very slow to drain. Perhaps a lick of paint would work wonders? The building is of course really old screaming out for restoration. But having said that it does have some charm about it and for what we paid for a great location were happy and pleased we stayed.

Great location and good value for money. Basic but I slept very well and there was nice hot water.

This property was very dirty. The cleaning lady came once in our 4 night stay. There was no fitted sheets on the bed, only a top sheet which moved all night leaving the mattress exposed to be slept on, which felt so disgusting. We put our clothes down to make it feel a little cleaner. Would not come back here again, totally not worth the price.

Ho prenotato all'ultimo momento per una necessità immediata ma, a parte che non mi è stato dato nessun codice per entrare nella struttura, ai numeri di telefono forniti non rispondeva nessuno. Servizio zero, reception vuota, addirittura una volta la chiamata mi è stata pure chiusa senza risposta. È difficile fare il check in, impossibile direi, soprattutto se uno si ritrova ad essere costretto a pernottare per la stessa notte

We were double booked and they couldn’t find alternate accommodation for us so we had to book our own accommodation that night for our two night stay. Have emailed and WhatsApped the hotel about this for a refund and cover for the extra cost of the other hotel but no reply. Very very bad customer service!!

Very good location near the train station and basically in the centre. Internet is fast No elevator, and with big suitcases it's a nightmare. I stayed there for 2 nights and the hot water worked on the first day only. The room is very small. No physical reception, but easy to communicate via whatsapp
