"Excellent hotel"

One night stay. We only had one night before catching the Sapsan Train to St Petersburg - this hotel is ideally located for that purpose as you can easily walk across the road to the station even with baggage. The hotel was beautifully presented, the young man on the reception desk was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room had a nice outlook, spacious bathroom and separate desk area, it was very comfortable overall. The breakfast you must not miss, it was excellent in selection, freshness and taste. Cannot think of any negatives.

"Very nice hotel close to the train station"

We arrived Moscow at night and headed to Saint Petersburg the next morning. This hotel had the best location for us. Room was spacious and clean.

I was able to use the spa facilities and have a massage before boarding a long distance train at midnight and leisure stroll to the station. In general, the hotel is excellent.

The best part of the trip was knowing how helpful the staff was. They were patient and very knowledgeable of everything that I asked them. Additionally, the individuals I am mentioning are from the Concierge named Garegin, Tigran, and Anastasia. They all were very professional and great towards me and everyone else in the hotel. I have been to other hotels and this place was great. The only negative about the hotel is that the meals there are quite expensive. Other than that everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

"A short stay "

Hotel is walking distance to line 5 Metro and Leningradsky Railway Station that is convience to move around city and take fast speed train to St Petersburg Hotel has a grand building look but interior are not modern. Also as a 5 Star Hotel, we do expect their can be Must better ( at least they should replenish complementary water)
