"This is not the level you expect from Hilton "

Average check-in times are very long. They didn't even want to check me at first even though I paid 4-night in full! Suit didn't have either toothbrush or razor set on my first night, so I had to run to the nearest supermarket to buy one. The suit didn't have cup for toothbrushes, so obviously my toothbrush was rubbed against all surfaces when toilet was cleaned. Also, sink was blocked d and didn't drain well. Another thing is that spoons obviously are not washef but merely wiped with used towel obviously. Because I saw a spoon with traces of yoghurt I had in the morning on it! Very unpleasant feeling. At least they change towels everyday though I hanged it according to their green policies in order to reuse, but still they changed it. Also, during breakfast a girl ran into our table and insisted to pay NOW instead of after the breakfast or upon check out. Seriously?! This is not the level of service you expect from a 5-star hotel like Hilton. Very disappointed

Overall a very good experience. Most of the staff especially the Concierges Anna & Tigron and guest relations Manager Poulina were outstandingly friendly and did that extra bit to find solutions.

"Hilton Moscow"

Centrally located to everything that you would want to visit in Moscow. It is about 1 hour from the airport so that was the only negative.

"Bad hotel registration staff "

Booked a deluxe room with king size bed for 2 people but when checked in on second stays from 22 Jun to 24 Jun, I got a standard room with queen size bed. Room is old and in poor condition. Why?

The rude behavior of the front office Manager while requesting for invoice at check out. He was insisting that the booking should have been made directly with the Hotel. He finally did not give the invoice and said "TAKE IT FROM EXPEDIA WHERE YOU BOOKED THE ROOMS"
