Beautiful facility. Located in an ideal location. Easy walk to red square and across the street from all rail and underground trains. Great friendly people.

I was not happy with this hotel. the only god thing about it is its location. its located near 3 major train stations. The staff is not friendly, rooms are small and not renovated. I stay a lot in hotels in Moscow and can not recomend this property.

"Beautiful hotel with great service and location "

I’m thrilled I stayed at this hotel. It was amazingly beautiful, and service was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again. It is close to the regional train and to the metro. The hotel has commanding views of the surrounding area, so be sure to ask for a room on a higher floor at check in.

"Supportive favours yet substandard rooms "

I arrived in hotel a couple of hours earlier than my schedule check in time. I was given a room with some efforts at the front desk but when I entered into room to my surprise it was quite substandard amenity room in comparison to my previous stays with the same hotel. I was really surprised seeing the difference between rooms given to the hotel.com booking. my conclusion, if you get a cheaper rate you expect substandard things in offer.

Conveniently located near the train station and other areas of interest. Were originally booked for 2 nights, but plans changed and were pleased to return for another 2 nights as our hotel of choice. "World Class" accommodations and service! Breakfast was excellent (chose to eat there each morning). Reception Desk staff was wonderfully capable and helpful. The young lady (dark hair) at the reception desk (about 01/18 and 22) was very pleasant and helpful, conversing in English.
