Aloft Cancun

Really nice hotel with lovely staff. Not giving 5 stars only because the breakfast could be improved. Mario was very helpful, thank you for everything!

So glad I booked Aloft for my solo trip, staff were pleasant and helpful, Mario at the front desk was amazing! The location is perfect the beach, restaurants, coco Bongo is walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. My favorite is the rooftop pool overlooking the beach and the free drinks. Will definitely come back

Camera bella grande, con tutto il necessario, c’era anche un tavolino con divanetto, la vista mare che anche se presentata come parziale non era così tanto parziale come ci aspettavamo, le zone comuni dell’hotel molto belle e pulite, al checkout ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno fatto usare la doccia della piscina e ci siamo potute cambiare dopo la spiaggia prima di andare in aeroporto, é stato comodissimo É stato comodo avere il grande supermercato proprio accanto che era aperto fino a tardi

La colazione niente di speciale, non all’altezza del resto, ci saremmo aspettate una migliore qualità

L'emplacement et les équipements étaient bien.

Le personnel à l'accueil était sec et expéditif, nous avions l'impression de les déranger. Lors du check-in, ils ont omis de nous remettre les bracelets d'invités et ne nous ont pas mentionné que l'on devait en recevoir. Ensuite, un autre membre du personnel nous demande agressivement pourquoi nous n'avons pas de bracelets. Le personnel répondait de façon très limitée et désordonnée à nos questions. Le barman au lobby était condescendant, limite insultant. Le wifi n'était pas fonctionnel.

Nur eine Schiebetür zum Badezimmer (Man hört alles.) auch die ständig laufende Spülung. Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar. Kein Schatten auf dem Dach, Sonnensegel fehlen.
