I didn’t at all.

The room wasn’t clean the pictures online doesn’t match what the building actually was I didn’t stay at all. Need a a lot of improvement. Staff are very nice though

I was a bit wary about arriving here after reading the bad reviews, but tbh I was pleasantly surprised! The location is excellent, the staff are great. There’s a nice big pool and the bed was comfy. We didn’t experience and noise issues or antisocial behaviour. There was the odd smell of weed, but tbh this is almost everywhere in Florida now, and it was by no means constant. If you wanted to nitpick I’m sure you could find minor faults in the rooms, like a coat hook had fallen off the bathroom door and not been replaced, but for the price I paid I definitely couldn’t complain. My only really complaint is that although there are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, there are not enough umbrellas. Shade is needed in the Florida heat! We couldn’t stay by the pool for more than 90 minutes, but would have happily spent longer there if we had shade. Overall I would definitively come back to the Avanti International Resort.

Location, location, location. This place is right where you want to be. Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. A ton of food choices and easy to walk around. I liked the Starbucks inside and food convenience. We enjoyed the pool and incredible customer service. Lisa at the front desk was amazing. This isn't an extremely fancy hotel, but its perfect for a family who wants a safe, clean, comfortable, centrally located place. I will stay again and feel fortunate that I found this place for my first time in Orlando. Great for families that are price conscious.

I liked everything. I walked every where but could have taken an Uber or got on bus. Super convenient.
