There’s no direct easy access to the main building. It’s kind of a labyrinth. Too many gates from the buildings particularly building too. I found myself walking around the entire parking lot just to get to the main building. The food quality is very poor. There’s an insight café, not attractive at all. It looks like a Coney Island food stand. They should be better food since you’re going to be in the pool all day.

If I could have given this hotel zero stars, I would have. One star is far too generous. We arrived on 5th June as a family group of seven, occupying three rooms for 2 weeks. From the moment we stepped into reception, alarm bells should have been ringing. The overpowering smell of cleaning products felt more like an attempt to mask underlying issues than evidence of cleanliness. The reception staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and acted as though our arrival was an inconvenience rather than the start of our holiday. The problems began immediately with the tourist resort tax. Despite all three rooms being booked as part of the same family trip, each reservation was charged a different amount, with discrepancies of up to $50. When questioned, staff offered vague and contradictory explanations. After speaking to a manager, we were told that one room had supposedly been undercharged and that we needed to pay even more. It felt disorganised, unprofessional, and somewhat suspicious. The accommodation itself was appalling. We were assigned rooms in Block 2 – which felt more like a cell block than a holiday resort. The rooms were poorly maintained and visibly dirty. There were bits of debris on the floor, hair in the shower drain, dirty tiles, mould around the shower edges, and a bathroom door that would not stay shut. To make matters worse, there were congealed remnants of shampoo, conditioner, and soap left in the shower tray from previous guests, which I had to wash away myself. The electrical system in our room failed twice leaving us without power. The room phone didn't work, so each time we had to walk to reception to report the issue. Although maintenance attended, the fault simply reoccurred. Clearly, no proper repair was carried out. The atmosphere around the hotel was equally concerning. Groups of teenagers were openly dealing drugs and smoking in the car park area. The police were called at one point, yet the situation appeared to continue regardless. The constant smell of cannabis drifted into our room, making it impossible to escape. The pool area was no better. Some sun loungers were filthy, covered in dirt and bird droppings. We also found discarded plasters in the sand area, which was both unhygienic and revolting. These issues were identified within the first 36 hours of our stay. The conditions were so unacceptable that we contacted our holiday provider, who thankfully managed to relocate us to another hotel. When we informed the hotel staff that we were leaving early, they could not have cared less. There was no apology, no attempt to address our concerns, and no interest whatsoever in why guests were abandoning their stay, we were not the only ones doing so. To make matters worse, if it could actually be worse, there was virtually no housekeeping service. Notices in the room stated that rooms were cleaned, and towels/linen changed on the fifth day. For guests staying two weeks, this effectively means only two services during the entire holiday. The photographs used to advertise this property are extremely misleading. What is presented online bears little resemblance to reality. At best, this is a tired, poorly maintained two-star motel masquerading as a holiday resort. This was without question one of the worst hotel experiences our family has ever had. Dirty rooms, poor maintenance, questionable billing practices, safety concerns, indifferent staff, and misleading advertising combined to create a complete holiday disaster.
