Convenient to the convention center

Outdated- bathroom needs redone. I had requested the 1st floor for ease of a broken foot but they placed me on the 4th floor as they had elevators. Elevator in our building was out for 2 days. Not convenient as going down/up 4 flights of stairs a few times a day was terrible.

"It is okay, but the price was way too high for this level of hotel."

The pool and the location.

Rooms are dirty. I had to buy Lysol wipes to clean the room before I would put my things in the room. I could feel the mattress springs - making it difficult to have a good nights sleep.
