No security. Very noisy at 2:00 am

We have stayed at this location before and it always meets expectation!!

We had a problem with the air conditioner, but they came out.Immediately and fixed it.

I liked the location of the hotel. There are a lot of food places, gas stations and fun things around to do.

- The floors were dirty when we arrived. There was a lot of hair and debris on the ground. - There was a beige blanket in between the white sheets that was full of hair. I had to pull this blanket off of the bed. - The fridge was dirty when we arrived. I cleaned it out with disinfectant wipes that I brought from home. - Every channel on the TV was glitching, couldn't watch anything. - When you stepped into the tub in the bathroom the tub floor sunk in. - The bathroom looked rushed over and there was a gap in the floor between the walkway and the door of the bathroom. - There were no wash cloths in the room when we arrived. We had to go to the front office to request some, just for the house keeper to come an hour later and tell us that the hotel did not have any. - Our key cards only worked for the room and did not work for the pool area. When I went to get a new key card that one did not work either. - There were two machines in the gym that did not work. There are no fans or AC in the gym so it gets SUPER hot in there. The handle to our room was broken, which made it hard to get in the room at times.

Es como la vez 7 que me quedo en este hotel, y nunca me habian dado la habitación frente a la piscina, realmente no tiene comparación, estaba casi todo nuevo! Lastima que no hay limpieza CERO! pero el punto q tiene es excelente! Cerca de todo! Chek in ahora rapido! Nice
