I had problems in dinners / food. One day, I went to the hotel cafe for lunch and Hotel management informed me that whole place is booked for an event. You can go to other restaurant. I was shocked to hear this. How can a hotel close the doors for its guests saying that its fully booked by a company. Rubbish

This Hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Bathroom extractor fan didn't work, basin tap was loose, most fittings were loose or broken, pipe to toilet cistern was leaking, furniture was a bit tatty, would have been nice to have two chairs on the balcony instead of one, safe didn't work. The pricing on your website was wrong! Wireless internet was free in the room, you only paid for a wired high speed connection and the airport shuttle car was a lot cheaper than quoted even for a Mercedes.
