Was very very good. Staff were extremely friendly. The only negative is that all the public areas smell strongly of old cigarette smoke, however that is the case everywhere in Egypt, I think.

The hotel is in good state. Rooms and views are good. The staff is trying to be demonstratively nice to customers, yet at times they fail obvious things. The Internet is fast but I had a specific problem. They listen, promised to solve but never came back to me although I waited in the room for quite sometime. Next morning, after a quite standard request to call for a taxi, I heard that they couldn't give me one of their own limos because it wasn't available. I then asked them to call for an ordinary taxi but I was told to go out to the street to fetch one for myself. It took some time to convince them that this is an ordinary request from a foreign visitor not speaking Arabic and they ought to help.

"Great and clean stay! "

The hotel was really beautiful and clean, and the rooms were very comfortable! We had rooms with balconies, and the view was incredible of the city. We were also close to many restaurants!
