"Exceptional"

This was my first time in Egypt...it won’t be the last for sure!! The Holiday Inn has the best staff in the world, very friendly, smiles all over the place...simply you feel at HOME!! The hotel manager and the reception guys are more than welcoming and helpful at anytime!!! They love their job...and they offer you far more than their job title!! Thank you Holiday Inn Maadi for my pleasant stay!! Will never ever choose another hotel!!! And hope to see u soon :)

"OK/Good hotel, expensive"

The first room we got was spanking new, but had a strong paint odor from renovations downstairs. The hotel gave us another room that was a smoking room. When we said it's smoking they tried to talk us out of asking for another room. They gave a third room that was not cleaned properly. Housekeeping came in and we had to supervise them to make sure that the room is properly cleaned. My sense is that the management will be willing to underserve is customers if they could get away with it. The breakfast was very good; the hotel overall is very good as well. It's still an overpriced place.

excellent view if you take the nile view rooms . You can see 6 pyrmaids from Giza to Sakkara. Wifi is very good. room was recently renovated.

"Archeological Find"

A hidden gem near on the outskirts of central Cairo but worth the extra distance. Newest in hotel comfort with bedside controls (A/C, lights and a clock that projects the time) Breakfast was included and provided respectable choices. I had some issues with the safety box and fridge both were resolved within 30 mins. Great staffing from cleaning service, reception and security. I would stay here over and over again. In fact I have to find a place to stay the night before my flight home and I'm hoping they have availability. I can't rave enough abut Holiday Inn Maadi.

"Nice hotel overlooking the Nile."

Freindly staff, nice breakfast it can be improved though. The wifi keeps cutting. It is close to Maadi and restaurants on the Nile. The laundry is good and reasonable. Overall I enjoyed staying in this Hotel and I would Return to it again.
