Fantastic location. Beautiful hotel with great amenities.

Our third stay at this property and still highly recommend it! Would love to see them upgrade their gym as it's very basic but other than that the location is perfect and the hotel is very clean and the staff are always quite friendly.

Great hotel in a great location, it’s the ultimate in convenience.

Location is excellent. Easy access to scramble cross within 10 mins walk. Also hotel just located in the Shibuya JR exit which makes convenient to everywhere. It also has self laundry facility which is a plus to long stay travellers. Room is spacious, modern and very clean. However, front desk service is not as standard as traditional 4 stars hotel. Check-in using the self check-in machine, and some front desk staff are not good at English as well. Other than that, it is a great hotel for stay.

Spacious room, nice bathroom, very convenient location. Close to the station and easy access to Ubers. Nothing I didn’t like about the stay.

This hotel is in a perfect location - right above Shibuya station which connects to plenty of train lines and a few minutes walk away from the Shibuya scramble crossing. We stayed in a standard double room and the room is fairly spacious for Tokyo's standard, although (like all other hotels in Tokyo) it is still a small room with not much space for big luggages or to hang clothes up. The toilet and bathroom are nice, with a separate shower and big bathtub. The hotel also provides plenty of free amenities in the lobby such as face masks, toothbrushes, razors etc. and there is also a small gym and a laundry room (at extra charge). Overall, although this hotel is definitely overpriced for the size of the rooms, you won't find many bigger around in Tokyo and you are essentially paying for the location.

A wonderful place to stay in Shibuya! Access to the metro and to food was perfect. The people working were very helpful. We would highly recommend!

Great property and amenities for the price. Yes, it's small, welcome to Japanese hotel rooms. You're on the doorstep of Shibuya, so don't spend all your time in your room, use the facilities. Super helpful and accommodating!

The best location. However, the rooms were very small! One side of the double bed is against the wall and if two people are staying, beware, there are no drawers in the room. You need to hang all your clothes and keep the rest in your luggage. Friendly service and clean. The good outweigh the bad.
