This Double Room was clean, comfortable bed, with kettle and refrigerator. It's perfect for one person but was tight for two.

I left 10* review for Superior Double Room. For two people, if your budget permits, I would suggest going with larger room. For some reason this smaller DR had large armchair, it was on the way to refrigerator. Limited space for 2 small suitcases.

Super friendly front desk folks. Great service. Great room product and room size. Very comfy. Close to the major UENO train station. Would use this place again for sure.

Location was great. 1/2 block to 711 for morning coffee…cheaper than hotel coffee and could grab earlier. Breakfast and dinner were good, but as with most hotels, more expensive than venturing out. Lots of nice, value-priced restaurant options nearby. Very easy access to Ueno station…maybe 6-7 minute walk. Staff were very nice. Rooms were good size (particularly corner room); showers were great. Some rooms had coffee makers; others had kettle and tea. All in all, a good experience.

The hotel features a very beautiful design and is tastefully decorated. The amenities are good, and the rooms offer everything you need. Since the hotel is located on a side street, the location is pleasantly quiet. Additionally, the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating.
