Great modern hotel. Handy to train, including direct train from airport. Quiet walkable neighbourhood with plenty of dining options as well as mini-marts. As you expect in Tokyo, rooms are small but have everything you need.

Very professional and friendly staff. Spacious rooms (relative to Japanese hotels), clean, and no remarkable outside noise [stayed on the 4th floor]. Quiet area within a 3ish block walk to a veryyy active Ueon area. We really enjoyed the pleasantly fragrant bath products! Do note that during peak check out [9-11 AM] there can be a little bit of a queue but moves quickly.

The breakfast buffet is limited and the gym whilst new is very small.
