The hotel was clean, modern, and attractive.

The breakfast was mediocre and the service was not great. I was seated at a table and after 15 minutes, I had to flag someone down to wait on me. The checkout staff were disorganized and the process was chaotic.

Nice entrance, clean look, close to Ueno and Keisei Narita stations.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. A futon on a wooden floor is softer. Curtains could not shut out light from the window because the rail on the ceiling is not bent. Aircon stream cannot be controlled. Ventilation blew directly onto the headrest of the bed (room 614). Cleaning missed hairs or bundles of them every time they vacuumed, not so nice. Lastly, Ueno station region was not the best to chose to stay at (restaurants, nightlife, etc missing)

Really close to Ueno station, great amenities, everything felt brand new and was of the highest standard. A free drink on arrival was a nice touch. We decided to have breakfast on our last morning and there was a great selection.
