地點絕佳。房間設施完善乾淨、空間寬敞，有大面窗戶感覺很好。

門口有點不顯眼，房間照明有點昏暗，如果房間照明可以改善會更好。馬桶間有點臭。

The staff were amazing. So friendly, and spoke English making it very easy to check in and out. The breakfast buffet and menu was really good, we were thankful we included that in the booking. We also made use of the coin laundry and upstairs waiting area when we were ready to check out. Very convenient place to stay while visiting Japan and central to Ueno. Lots of local convenient stores to get snacks on the way home. Really enjoyable stay.

The beds were harder than what we are used to in Australia. However, they were the most comfortable with where stayed in Japan overall.

The atmosphere is nice and that the staff is very accommodating and friendly. A very spacious room with good enough storage for long-term stay.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, the room is poorly lit. It’s actually quite a walk from Ueno station.
