Loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We included the breakfast during our stay and it was a perfect way to start each day. The 2nd floor lounge and balcony were a perfect place to relax. Our room included everything we needed and was very comfortable. Loved the location in Ueno and was conveniently located to the train station. Would highly recommend.

A very modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Great location, close to the Ueno transit station for access to most places and also a bustling fun nightlife area. Tasty breakfast, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely stay again.

The service and restaurant at the hotel is exceptional. The location is perfect as well - just next to the Ginza line and the Ueno station. I would love to stay here again in the future. Special mention of the salmon dish I had as my first meal in Tokyo - the best, simply THE BEST!
