"Best hotel in Hanoi POV"

Amazing staff, always available to help you out with everything. The room is great, top comfort and perfectly clean. Breakfast is always a joy. A lot of different foods and also there the staff is fast super kind and always with a smile. It’s great to stay in Hanoi in Grand Hotel du Lac.

The staff was super helpful, the location is hard to improve and the breakfast is so peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable and cozy and a great deal for the money

I wish I could have had chance to choose one vig bed option instead of twin beds, but this is personal case.

Excellent location, clean and modern rooms, delightful breakfast spread, kind and helpful staff.

Pool was a bit small, but we felt lucky to have it regardless in the heat!
