An absolutely perfect stay. The welcome is incredibly warm, and the entire team is always smiling, caring, and attentive, with many thoughtful little touches that truly make a difference. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Hanoi, with countless restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away. Everything is ideally situated to fully enjoy the city. We truly loved our time here and would be delighted to stay again on our next visit to Hanoi.

Excellent accueil par Tulip, bel hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville. Chambre propre, très bon petit déjeuner.

Les serveurs au roof top (diner) n'ont pas été très cordiaux.

The hotel was a very warm and welcoming place. The staff were extremely friendly especially those in the breakfast room. We were also very appreciative of their ability to look after our luggage while we visited Halong Bay. The rooms were comfortable with all the required facilities, comfortable beds and plenty of room.

Be aware that some of the rooms have a shower/bath setup.

We had an excellent stay with amazing service! We arrived very early in the morning after a overnight bus and they kindly let us use a shower and store our luggage until check. Can definitely recommend!

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, le directeur de l’hôtel est adorable, est toujours prêt à nous aider, très accueillant l’ensemble de l’équipe. Le massage, la piscine, l’emplacement… Nous sommes entièrement satisfait. 😁
