Staffs are friendly and excellent. Rooms are new and clean. Location is close enough to walk, but not in the heart of Old Quarter where it’s super busy.

Nothing honestly. Room is a little small, but not the end of the world.

Grand Du Lac had one of the best staffs I have come across in my travels through Vietnam. From the reception, dining to the porters, they all personalised our stay. We stayed there as our hub for travels to Ha Long Bay and Sapa. The staff made us feel that we were coming to our own home. Our thanks go to all the staff. If ever any hotellier needed a lesson in management, this is the place to learn!

All our needs were met without acception.

Außergewöhnlich! Die Mitarbeiter waren soooo freundlich- man merkte, dass es nicht gespielt war. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt in der Altstadt und die Ausstattung der Zimmer ( Bett: 10 Punkte!!) sowie das Design sind so gut, das wir bestimmt wiederkommen!!

Keine Ablagefläche und Haken im Bad sowie wenig Schrank. Aber das ist nicht so wichtig! ;-)
