Staff amazing from reception area to restaurant. Always polite and helpful with suggestions. They go out of their way to accommodate with anything you needed. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and great choices. Room was good size, bed massive and comfortable, shower has good pressure. Great sky bar and swimming pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

"Geweldig verblijf dankzij Emily en Jayce!"

Wat een geweldig hotel met een fantastische service van Jayce en bij het ontbijt een fantastische service van Emily. De locatie is supercentraal en je hebt een geweldig uitzicht op de kathedraal. Wat geweldig is: bij de incheck vroegen ze of we allergieen of dieetwensen hadden. Aangezien ik vegetarisch eet gaf ik dat door. Toen ik de volgende dag ging ontbijten kwam Emily meteen naar mij toe om de vegetarische kaart toe te lichten en aan te geven welk eten vegetarisch was, echt top! We hebben ook massages gehad, die waren ook super!

Er waren geen ramen in de kamer, maar dat was vooraf bij ons bekend maar let op als je wel ramen op jouw kamer wil dat je een kamer boekt met ramen!

"A beautiful oasis in the middle of Hanoi. Recommended!"

The adjacent rooms connected by a small hallway were perfect for our family. We appreciated the excellent air con and pool as it was very hot during our stay. Breakfast each morning was fab, and we made good use of the rooftop bar too. Most amazing were the staff, who went above and beyond to welcome us, and offer help when needed.
