Beautifully renovated and great location

Too small toilets

The room was ideal for a short stay. A reasonable size , clean, good facilities, comfortable bed. The situation was very good .

The place is decorated nicely and generally a nice place

They were conducting ‘routine maintenance’ on their AC systems and informed us of such as we checked in. They did not however state that the system wasn’t functioning for our entire stay and maintenance men needed access to our room numerous times during the stay. My wife is chronically ill and we needed a place for her to rest and recuperate. It was extremely disturbing and disruptive for her. The fact they knew the AC maintenance was occurring prior to our stay and never informed us is extremely poor customer service. The rooms were too hot to sleep then too cold - all with the weather - and zero ability to adjust temp. Not what you expect from a higher end hotel.

Le confort de la chambre assez spacieuse le personnel très agréable. L'emplacement bien en dehors du centre ville 17 min à pied du tram et 20 min en tram. A 20 min à pied de la plage Coogee.

C'est juste une suggestion... de mettre des éclairages automatiques dans les parties communes elles restaient allumées toute la nuit et on voyait la lumière a travers le cadre de la porte, les portes revoir le système de fermeture on ententendait la porte à chaque fois que quelqu'un sortait de la chambre elles sont lourdes donc un bruit bien prononcé. Rien de bien méchant.
