The kitchenette has an ironing board and an iron available to use, along with a Coffee maker. Loved the in-room mini kitchenette with a kettle for hot drinks and a bar refrigerator for milk. Outside street parking was free. Excellent reception. Great location close to key transportation, dining and beaches.

The window faced the neighbours' windows; this could've been frosted or a sheer curtain to let in light while maintaining privacy. The mattress could do with replacing. Use a mattress that minimises disrupted sleep when another person turns over. Fan might be required in the bathroom, but opening a window helped to reduce fogging.

The staff, especially the receptionists, couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. They did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The bathroom could do with a shelf to put your toiletries on.

No warm water. Shower was cold on both days of our stay. When reported to receptionist no apology nor empathy was given.

The location is 10 min walking from a street with cafes, restaurantes and supermarkets. Could also take a 20 min walking to Coggee beach or a quick bus drive :)

The toilet is very small.
