The location, styling and overall vibe of the accomodation.

Our particular room location on the bottom floor near the foyer. Hall lights on 24/7 disrupting sleep and noise level. The roll down blinds on all 3 windows within our room were covered in mould. Ventilation clearly an issue within the space. Poor ambient lighting, another lamp or small light needed in the room.

The staff were so lovely!!!! The building was beautiful

The bathroom being constantly wet we even left the light and fan on all day The pillows ( but that’s my preference. I should’ve brought my own.) And my fan was making a funny noise. I don’t know if something was stuck in it.
