Hotel Presidente Macau

Macau is divided into Cotai island and Macau peninsula. Cotai has all newly build extravagant hotels like Venetian, Galaxy, Parisian etc. We stayed in presidente which is centrally located in Macau peninsula. Close to ruins of saint Paul and other local historic places. Hotel is comparably cheap but has smoky smell in non smoking floor also. You can take free shuttle opposite the hotel to visit Cotai hotels for free.

The Front desk staff at this hotel is one of the most hostile and incompetent of its kind across SE Asia. Obviously, the "Organisation"that runs this dump has very little to do with hospitality management. Rooms are beyond their time: the TV must have transmitted Armstrong's first steps on the moon, the tub drain was stuck etc etc... Avoiiiiiid

Location is good. We booked two rooms and two neighbouring rooms were arranged for us which appeared to be very convenient for family members. Although facilities are relatively old, the hotel is clean and comfortable for us. My mobile phone was left in the room and realised of it right after check out, i was assisted by the staffs to find my phone in the room.

The hotels location is its only benefit. Old hotel, rooms are dirty and smell of smoke and food. would not recommend it to anyone. Stayed one night on passing and will never come back. There are a lot of new and wonderful gotels in Macau.

シーツ、タオルなどは交換してくれますが、フロアの清掃は毎日してはいない感じでした。 予想していたよりは、静かなホテルでした。

宿泊するだけでの利用でしたが、特に問題ありませんでした。

Non-smoking room should be free of cigarettes smell so that our stay would be more pleasant. We had to tolerate the smell throughout our stay.

The street-walkers were gathering outside the main entrance. I had to enter the hotel by the side entrance to avoid these people in the early morning around 4am. The non-smoking room has strong cigarette smell. The wireless wi-fi is strong only near the door; it was weak nearer to the study table/window.

久し振りに滞在しました。 以前、カフェで朝食をとってる最中に掃除を始めたり、ベルボーイやウェイターが勤務中にスマホをいじってたりなど対応ははっきり言って良くなかったのですが、今回は朝食付きで安かったので宿泊しました。 朝食の時に、以前はコーヒー、パン、などのおかわりは出来ませんでしたが、今回はウェイターから色々おかわりはどうかと聞いてきました。 しませんでしたが、サービスが少し向上したのかも。 部屋の風呂の栓が甘く、足で抑えながら入浴しました。
