City of Dreams - The Countdown Hotel

Very trendy and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, like coming to a friend's home. Thumbs up to the administration also, they have a well trained team and good quality control system. The rooms my party occupied were excellent and I met the lady who came for quality checkoff. Will definitely be first on my list on my next visit to Macau.

Reception services is not too helpful for a request to change from double bed room as a twin room. The staff said I need to check with the hotel room booking agent at that moment.

Countdown have a good location Easy check-in (staff Donaldson Two thumbs up) Travelocity booking offer 25 $ for food/beverage ,never happens,the manager (Crhis) didnt know about promo (?) Have visited Macau many times I know you can have better acomodation .This one is just ok.Taxi drivers do not know the hotel either (?) former Hard Rock hotel)

Overall have a comfort stay in the hotel. Walking distance to several big shopping malls and it is convenient to have shuttle bus to Macau Peninsula.
