City of Dreams - The Countdown Hotel

Excellent location, great value and the staff is always courteous!

Very convenient and good service, nice breakfast, the staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel and staff. Room is spacious. 2nd time staying in this hotel although name had changed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The stuff are really nice and the amenities are great.

1. Their room was excellent, they arrange me higher floor room with venetian view due to my mother birthday. 2.the in front counter staff is nice and service excellent 3.there is convenience access to everywhere due to free shuttle bus provided and there have free bus to Macau airport, there is best ever.

Nice hotel that has a great show.

Conveniently located within the City of Dreams complex. Also right above Club Cubic. There are many more nicer hotels in Macau, but for the price and if you’re not expecting an extravagant hotel and don’t intend to spend much time in your room, then this is one you can consider staying at. This is my second time back.

The hotel itself was great. I'll break it down into pros/cons Pros: clean decent amenities casinos not too crowded awesome heated pool (with NO ONE using it) Cons: Not a lot of shops/restaurants on the property (we ended up going to the Venetian for shopping/food The few restaurants available are grossly overpriced--do yourself a favor and go downtown macau peninsula or even cotai downtown for food --- much better tasting and affordable. If I were to ever return to Macau, I would get a room at the Venetian rather than the Countdown albeit Countdown is much more affordable.

Room is nice, clean. Staff is helpful. Location is quite ok, easy access to nearby hotel and casino. Only cons is food is expensive in that area. Need to travel about 10 mins taxi ride away to get cheaper local food
