The man on the night shift made a nice coffee, the fact that they had someone on all night in the cafe was a bonus

It was not very tidy. There was rubbish left in our room. the fridge was too small, We couldn’t use the freezer to cool things down as it was frozen shut.

Our air-conditioned in room 701 is not working properly. Josh helps us a lot, he's very knowledgeable on his work and to all our needs. He also offer some of alternative services during our stay. Thank you Josh your the best employee we've ever met in all over Ibis hotels. ❤️💯🙌👏🎖 Josh offer us coffee and he mentioned that we could stay our luggage. Ibis please keep Josh his so amazing at for keep by the company 💯

Room is not spacious unlike Ibis Central. Air-conditioned is not working property in all rooms 1st room 701 and the alternative room, but Josh explained to us that on that entire floor had a air-conditioning problem.

"A perfect and affordable stay in the heart of Sydney."

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the wharf and Barangaroo ferry. The other way is a short stroll to the city to go to shopping and lunch in Darling Harbour. Breakfast was awesome! I requested early check in which was provided, no problem. The staff also very friendly and helpful giving directions and giving us whatever we needed.

A queen room is a little tight.. I would go snaking next time. We were very close to the road but it was very quiet and dark with full closed blinds.
