"A great place with a happy atmosphere"

I loved the whole look of the hotel on the inside. Let’s just say at least it was easy to find because of the outside. Staff were very happy and friendly (besides one)

The amount I paid for the size was absolutely ridiculous. There with my 11 yo and we could barely move. There was one staff member at the cafe with a pony tail who was very rude every morning we seen her. Disappointing

"Overall, basic hotel, didn’t feel hugely secure."

Location was good. Staff were always pleasant.

Took over 2 mins of constant running water each morning to get any hot water from the shower. Huge waste of water. Shower size very small. No security in the lift to reach floors using room key. Very small gap on side of bed to get in and out. Bed was small, unlikely to be a queen.

The location is great - very convenient if you're working in any of the towers in barangaroo. The hotel is nice and clean, and they have a small cafe/bar downstairs and decent gym on B2.

My room was right beside a major road and motorway, and while noise isn't terrible, I'd bring some headphones in case your window is beside the road. The bed was shorter than normal and was a side-note in the advertisement. I'm 6' 4" so it wasn't ideal. No cover was on the doona, rather folded sheets that became uncomfortable throughout the night. Overall - good things and bad about this place
