This hotel was an incredible value for the primo location! Just a block from popular bars and restaurants, 10-15 min walk to Darling Harbour, the Rocks, and Sydney Harbour. I found the staff to be very helpful, the place very clean, and the cafe downstairs really convenient. Highly recommend this place!

The gym is a bit small and doesn’t have much equipment, but enough to still get a good workout in.

The breakfast was disgusting, the staff were not helpful. The coffee we got served was like water. The staff were just very rude and very uncooperative. When we asked to order a taxi. He said you have to do it yourself. Not very happy with this hotel especially we paid nearly $500.

My wife woke the next morning with bed bites to her legs that lasted for 4 days while we were on our cruise

Location, clean and comfortable

Nothing really disliked but bathrooms being locked during day at reception found annoying as we were questioned using them after check out as we had friends staying another 4 days so we spent the rest of the day we left with them and returned to hotel several times . Other than that was good.

Rooms were very small, fridge was tiny, no toaster microwave. Very stuffy and hot
