Hotel Casanova

Friendly staff. Front door securely locked at night time. 24 hours manned reception desk.

It was lovely trip to Naples. Maybe hotel hasn't a very good condition for staying, but staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Thanks for comfort maids and reception service for great work. I hope hotel will finish renovation as soon as possible.

Nice hotel inside is great. I had a good stay. Outside though its not thebgreatest area, but its a nice place to stay inside.

A great hotel to stay when you are in Napoli, Italy. The staff is excellent. Gianni and Guiseppe who work at the hotel registration desk are very helpful and answer any questions that I may have. Lucia, Natalia, and Paola are also wonderful room service and breakfast staff at Hotel Casanova. The staff at this hotel always make me feel happy and at home. The hotel is a short walk to the train station and bus station. The hotel is close to great shopping and some of the best restaurants in this great city. You can also walk to some of the facinating historic sites in walking distance of the hotel. I can wait to come back and visit this wonderful hotel when I come back to Napoli. I love staying at Hotel Casanova. The staff is excellent. Especially, Giuseppe and Gianni who work at the front registration desk. They are very helpful and answer any questions I have. The hotel room service and breakfast staff are just as wonderful. Natalia, Lucia and Paola are very helpful. They make me very happy and comfortable whenever I stay at Hotel Casanova. The hotel is a very short walk to the Metro and the Bus stations. Very close to great shopping and excellent restaurants near the hotel. I will always stay at Hotel Casanova whenever I go to Napoli. They always make me feel comfortable and at home. Thank you to all the staff who make my stay fabulous. See when I return to Napoli.

This is an excellent hotel and great place to stay whenever I come here to Napoli, Italy. Its a short walk to the train and bus station. Many historic sites are also in walking distance of the hotel. There is good shopping and great restaurants located in walking distance of the hotel. But best of all was the staff at the hotel. Natalia, Lucia, Paola, Pino and Gianni are very helpful. They always make me happy and comfortable when I stay there. I can't wait to come back to Napoli and can see this wonderful hotel staff again. It is always a great experience. See you all soon!!!!!!

This hotel was wonderful. It was in a great location. Great shopping, great food and historic sites. Only a 5 minute walk to the Centrale Trene Statzione. The staff was wonderful. Guiseppe and Gianni where wonderful. Natalia and Lucia who took care of my room were very friendly and helpful. Anytime I visit Napoli, I will be returning to Hotel Casanova. I would never stay anywhere else.

Out of all the ones in the area this seems to be a good choice. Nice manager, relatively quiet, working AC, (though batteries almost dead), light breakfast. The only bad thing....bed bugs in room 9 (woke with bites in middle of night and had to crush a few of them on sheet).

The hotel itself is ok, but the location isn't great. We were meant to stay 4 nights but ended up leaving after 1, as we just didn't feel safe coming and going.
