Kimpton EPIC Hotel by IHG

Hotel overbooked! We flew in from Europe to the U.S. and had a booking at EPIC in Miami. We had booked a room well in advance through the hotel’s website and received a confirmation, but when we arrived after a 10-hour flight, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and that we couldn’t get our room. After a long discussion, we finally got the room we had booked. I will never book a room at EPIC again. So dissapointed.

David went above and beyond with the baggage service.

We came to thia hotel and we were greeted by Jhonathan. He has been a positive light during our entire stay (we stayed 2 overnights in May and then came back for 2 more over nights in June). He gave great recommendations to try different places in the area and made sure we got our needs met (grabbing waters, gett coffee after coffee hours, and explaining wine hour and such)! Even when we left the hotel, he was there to help with our bags till the very end. We will definitely come back because of him! Also some shout outs to Juan one of the servers at Area 31 and Victoria at the spa for massage and facial. The whole experience was relaxing, stress-free, and positive.

We had the best time! David was amazing with our luggage after checkout! Excited to come back!

Location and pool is the biggest advantage. Beautiful view from top floors. Having Zuma on the ground floor was a great addition as well.

Front desk staff not trained to the level of 5 star hotel. There is definitely a big gap between service in European and Middle Eastern 5 stars hotel and this one.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Kimpton Epic Hotel. Jhonathan is such a kind person. He assisted my husband and I with early check in, made sure we had water, and handle our bags with great care. We always looking forward to seeing him when we stay here.
