"Smelly and dirty"

Great location, amazing views from the room. The balcony was an added bonus. Pool looked great and gym well equipped.

The room smelled terrible, was dirty - there was literally blood in the shower. The curtains were black. Even the towels stank like old sweat. The team were not super flexible. Overall an incredibly gross two nights.

Stars given for this review are based on the hotel being beautiful & specifically due to Hernan from Valet being so nice and personable. He was so helpful from the second we stepped onto the property. From helping with our bags, assisting with ice, and offering help with anything else to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. Such a great help and really appreciated his kindness.

Location and amenities. Staff at the desk and room second were really good.

The noise! You could hear anything and everything from the adjoining room. Couldn’t sleep.

"BEST HOTEL EVER THE KIMPTON EPIC"

The Kimpton Epic Hotel in Miami Florida is the best hotel I have ever seen and ever stayed at and I have stayed twice. No hotel tops the Kimpton Epic! It always smells so amazing, and you're treated like royalty. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms and view are breathtaking, the food is delicious. You will never find a better hotel. I still remember the nice smell. And I want to give a special shout out to Sophia Manreque who worked with me and made sure I got the exact hotel room I needed for the view that I wanted, she is the sweetest ever and I want to give her a special thanks. I LOVE KIMPTON EPIC IN MIAMI FLORIDA! YOU WILL NEVER FIND A HOTEL BETTER THAN KIMPTON EPIC!
