From the moment I arrived the staff were amazing. The gentleman that checked me in was so lovely and helpful. I loved I could just park at the property (unlike a lot of hotels in Sydney where you have to drive to another street and navigate traffic to parking). And the parking covered me for 24 hours so I could leave my car and walk to my course. The bed was amazing! Room service was quick and delicious after a big day of travelling to Sydney. Close to UTS.

I did have trouble finding the entrance - but that’s on me and Sydney traffic! Just bare right at the V not go straight ahead and then turn left to be at check in. Now I know where it is it’s easy!

Walking distance to where we needed to go. Staff were great.

Bit rich to have to pay for parking when you're already paying stay there. If you leave you have to pay then when you come back and leave again you have to pay just lucky the things we were attending were in walking distance. We had 1 facewasher for 2 people.

Proximity to train station

Didn’t feel as welcoming as in previous visits. I guess that’s the digital age. Staff who were there were lovely though.
