I accidentally booked a queen room instead of the king but even though it was smaller we were very happy with our unexpected choice. Check in was handled very efficiently by Trang, who was lovely. Breakfast is always a treat and made better by Morgan, who always greets us with a great big smile. We were so thrilled he remembered us :) And it is always a real pleasure to see Julia and say 'hello'. Julia is always friendly and very helpful and makes you feel special. The other staff members we spoke to were also very nice to interact with.

I have coronary arterial disease and couldn't source any skim milk for my beloved cups of tea locally and tried to purchase some from the restaurant but was told that wasn't possible, although they do have skim milk on hand.
