Rooms were lovely. Staff were friendly. Food in The Pantry lovely. Rooms were spotless.

At checkout, there was no organisation. A lot of people trying the check in at same time. No queue, just people standing everywhere

Fabulous stay, loved every minute it was just perfect. Lovely staff, fab leisure centre facilities , felt so relaxed everywhere so clean , beds very comfy , Had beautiful hot buffet breakfast, great selection and staff very attentive Only 10/15 Min walk to 3arena Highly recommend and I would definitely stay again
