We were greeted at reception by a House Manager Alexander who was very pleasant and helpful, one of the lifts was giving trouble so he helped us with our luggage. Perfect hotel for attending shows at 3 arena and Luas stops at back of hotel to bring to the city The hotel was so clean and spacious.

Best part of this hotel are the staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Hamid on reception. The beds are very comfy and the pillows are great. The food in the restaurant is extremely good for a hotel

Very nice hotel. Very nice facilities and great location. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me plan day trips, and how to get to certain sites, and when to visit. Alexander and Marina were especially helpful. I enjoyed walking along the Liffey. Really loved my room and the balcony. It had great views.
