pretty quiet in our room for sleeping close to train and about 15-20 min walk to Old Town nice to have stores below train station for coffee and food in the morning

would have preferred a shower only rather than tub and shower

Das Hotel ist direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof gelegen, super wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Engagiertes Personal und ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer.

Die Umgebung nahe des Hotels ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Das ist aber kein Kritikpunkt an das Hotel selbst.

Wir hatten ein wirklich tolles Zimmer im 16. Stock mit wunderbarem Blick über die ganze Stadt von unserem Balkon aus. Alles ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ideal gerade für eine Durchreise. Und die Mitarbeitenden waren wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist in Nähe Hauptbahnhof und zentral in die Stadt. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückspersonal hat alle Hände viel zu tun u trotzdem gibt es ein freundliches Lächeln. Frau Bahvra war sehr hilfsbereit u unterstütze wo es ging.Danke ☺️ Das Zimmer top.Waren im 15.Stock.Sauber und täglicher Handtuchtausch, welcher nicht notwendig wäre. Wer hat zu Hause täglich neue Handtücher. Aber eine schöne Geste des Hotels. Frühstück selber ausgezeichnet. Frisches Obst, Lachs u auch auf vegane Kost wurde geachtet. Ob Milch oder Jogurt. Sogar der General Manager Herr Mohanad hat Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch. Fanden wir sehr nett 👍

Schwer zu sagen, auch im eigenen Heimatland gibt es „übriggebliebene „ die die Nacht zum Tag machen. Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln.

Location - right opposite train station and supermarket nearby. Apples - for guests in the lobby. Wonderful!

Overall, very expensive. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel.

Location could not be beat. It is quite literally across the street from the train station. Although there were some characters outside the hotel given the transient population hanging around, I always felt safe. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was a big star here. Very nice big dining area. Breakfast buffet had many choices and even a made to order egg station. Rooms were decent size but not terribly cool. I could have used a boost from that air conditioning! It was just a bit stuffy. Staff was so nice and helpful! My big con was the smell in the lobby. It’s very strong, like musky men’s cologne. I realize you need to keep out what is the ashtray outside the front door, but a different scent may help.
