NH Collection München Bavaria

I booked a premium double room with view and Terrace and we were placed on the 16th floor. I’m not sure if this room type is always on the 16th floor, but there’s only 3 lifts in the hotel and only one lift goes to the 16th floor. We also later on figured out that if the other two lifts are already on ground floor, the only lift that goes to 16th floor will not come down. The Hotel staff didn’t tell us that, so the first day we ended up waiting for a really long time until we figured we had to send the other lifts to some other floor first.

Good location, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Ask for higher floors and get also a nice view of the city.
