Bon séjour en général, un hôtel qui accueil des groupes touristiques piscine, jacuzzi et massage payant mais très agréable, personnel du restaurant pas très accueillant

Esperienza fabolosa, hotel bell8simo, vi consiglio

we liked everything: amenities, service, food, cleanliness, very easy to get to city center. .

I booked an available room with Expedia, I payed it, got email confirmation, everything apeared to be ok. After 30 min I called them to ask details about the parking place. I had to try for many times, they didn't answer. When I finally cought a line with the reception, they found my reservation but didn't have the room I payed, "the hotel is full , try to go somewhere else, not my problem"... after some hours and more than 90 minutes of music played on the phone by Expedia ( roaming fees), Expedia's relocation team found us another hotel to sleep. Thanks to Expedia that we didn't sleep in the car, but in a nice hotel ( Best Western Amedia).

Hlavní pozitivum vidím v naprostém klidu...nic mě nerušilo. Očekával jsem však trochu lepší vybavení pokoje, tento měl i ledničku, TV, fén, toaletu se sprchovým koutem.. vstupní hala je ohromující a krásná...ale ze standartního pokoje jsem byl v rozpacích...staré vybavení a nábytek, špatný signál kabelové televize (asi špatný kabel) , malý polštář - málo pod hlavou, postel typu starých gaučů... ale vzhledem k naprostému klidu na chodbě jsem se vyspal skvěle...

Hieronta oli loistava! Yleiset tilat hienot ja Business huone ihan ok. Palvelu todella tympeää ja töykeää. Ravintoloista auki vain Buffa joka näytti niin kamalalle ettei uskaltanut mennä ja intialainen jonka ruoka oli todella pahaa. Kanasalaatti oli syömäkelvotonta ja täysin eri mitä listassa luki. Leipä ja kastike loppu eikä tosiaan edes pahoittelua vaikka ei pystynyt syömään kun kastike oli korvattu jollain hirveällä öljy mauste hommalla. 300 metrin päässä loistava ravintola columna, kannattaa käydä. Huikea palvelu ja hienot ruuat ja viinipullo noin 30€ kahdelta! Hotellin Kylpylää ei voi sanoa kylpyläksi kun höyrysauna ja poreallas pois käytöstä niinkuin melkein kaikki palvelut muutenkin hotellissa eli kylpylä on yksi uima allas ja yhteis sauna missä keskitasonen lämpö ilman löylyn heitto mahdollisuutta. Hieno kauppakeskus ja metroasema kävelymatkan päässä mistä pääsee helposti keskustaan todella halvalla. 20km päässä myös upea eläintarha mihin liput 8€ aikuiselta. Aamupalalla paljon leivoksia ja makeaa syötävää. Suolaiset jutut eikä leivät ole hyviä mutta kyllä jtn syötävää löysi.

Der var 2 brugbare restauranter, der begge var blottet for charme. I lobbybaren bar personalet præg af mange arbejdstimer. I receptionen virkede personalet uinspireret, men i wellness afdelingen var personalet venlige. Vores suite havde ligesom hotellet iøvrigt mange faciliteter og alt blev holdt fint rent. Haveanlæg og facader ikke vedligeholdt.

Et udmærket sted at være. Dog lidt trætte madrasser. Ikke meget smil på læben ved personalet, men alt i alt et udemærket sted. God bus forbindelse til metro
