Spacieux hôtel mais excentré, triste surtout en soirée. Personnel semble peu expérimenté. Activités et équipements de bon niveau. L'hotel aurait besoin d'être un peu + entretenu et rafraîchit..le petit déjeuner est infecte sauf si vous prenez celui qui coûte 14 €..

Ein schönes Hotel , dass einige sportliche Aktivitäten anbietet. Es liegt etwas außerhalb , ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut angebunden.

Not all of the staff, a couple were really nice, but the majority was amazingly uncaring and even rude. EXCEPTION was the professional massage. Restaurants were sometimes closed when they should have been open. Indian restaurant was acceptable but the big one was mediocre. Go för a superior room for okay standard. A bit shabby rooms but clean and well cleaned which was a big plus. If the staff had been serviceminded it would have been an okay place but not more.

Poor services and facilities. Room with extra payment of Euro40 per night for upgrade to air-conditioning, but not cool at all.

expected hotel but got loads of halls. advertise restaurant, but closed.no hotel services. no room service. no hot food for breakfast. this is not 4 star hotel.

For the price you're paying here, I think the hotel is very good. Pros: location is quiet, big rooms, clean cons: terrible staff attitude absolute horrible, asking them anything is like opening a can of worms! this includes, front office, bars, breakfast areas. just don't ask them anything and you'll be fine! room refrigerators dont really work and you're not suppose to ask My flight was delayed so I requested 2 hour delayed checkout after 4 day stay but the answer was NO, thats it :) I don't believe this hotel is safe for families and kids because its like a ghetto area, a lot of people are standing at the door all the time, fighting and joking, god forbid if you say something you're in for a fight as well. There's no hotel security so If wouldnt suggest this hotel if you're bringing your kids for holidays. but if you're alone, just want to stay for the night and leave early mornings. Its not so bad!
