I missed the scramble egg at breakfast, stuff could be an little bit friendlier! Rest was ok

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollte man die Handtücher wechseln und Zimmer etwas aufräumen. Was hier nicht der Fall war. Fernbedienung vom Fernseher war keiner in der Lage die Batterie zu wechseln. Mußte ich selber machen. Da sind mache 4 Sterne Hotels wesentlich besser.

Very nice stay, the hotel is very comfortable. But it's a bit far to the city center.

Property outdated, no directions , staff unhelpful and no safe in the room. Do not stay here!

Choose this hotel due to fitness: it is old and in dangerous condition. The staff obviousely do not like their jobs, acting like being bored.

Leider war das Frühstück eine reinste Katastrophe.. viel zu wenig Auswahl, nichts für Vegetarier/Veganer.. Personal leider ebenso enttäuschend.. die Lage war ok, zwar schon etwas weiter weg von allem (der Stadt etc.) aber direkt vor dem Hotel gab es eine Bushaltestelle. Das Zimmer war schön groß und es wurde jeden Tag das bette gemacht neue Handtücher usw. gebracht. Nochmal würde ich das Hotel aber leider nicht besuchen wollen..

If was a lot of people on reception desk and it takes more time to check in that I expected But overall impression still good because room was big and comfortable Breakfast is also good So we enjoy our stay in top hotel

Så stort hotell och baren är sängd en Lördag kvll. Helt uselt.
