"Christmas trip"

This was our first trip back to Dubai for some time however the O&O Royal Mirage did not fail to impress. Its old school discreet luxury made for a relaxing stay whilst its great location meant we were also able to enjoy the glitz that is available nearby. We would definitely recommend and return.

"How a business trip can be turned in an overall super relaxing experience"

Big places and resorts are normally not my cup of tea but this place manages to give you a very personal approach with attention for detail. From the moment you enter till the moment you leave you feel relaxed because of the outstanding service of the staff. Special recommendation for Ms. Sajina at breakfast who manages to "read the room", is next to you before you start looking for some coffee or to order your eggs. Exceptional service from her makes you wake up to challenge the day with a smile.

Not a bad location and equipment. As it is an extremely big hotel I must realise that service is suffer due to that. Nirmal Amarasooriya made us wait check -in during 1,5 hours in the midnight owing to the room wasn’t still ready.

Amazing hotel with beautiful landscape and very picturesque architecture What stood out was the staff throughout the resort. Huge shoutout to cameron Rodrigues right from the time we entered till we checked out he had a smile on his face and willingness to make it feel like home Also Vivek and Ara(sorry if the name is spelled incorrectly)at the operator made life easy for being just one call away at all times Keep it up All the best

"One&Only - Al Janoub Pool"

We spent our days at the Al Janoub Pool, a great place for Adults only. Sherif and his team were great always on hand to provide service and assistance for anything you needed. A few little gems such as cleaning of glasses and a cold towel are just a few of the secrets of this area which just appear at the right time. Clean and tidy constantly no matter when you arrive. Polite and professional without exception. We enjoyed this space and would be our preferred location for a lazy day in the sun away from the crowded main pool at the One&Only Palace.
