Place was walking distance from Milan Central station. Staff were nice and friendly and helped out where needed. Place was clean.

After checking in was disappointed to learn that there were no complimentary water bottles in the room. There €2.50 water bottles left in the mini fridge. I wanted to iron my clothes, but was left disappointed to be told that they don’t provide an iron and ironing board for their guests. After paying a decent money I expected these 2 things. Separately I was disappointed to find that the breakfast option was limited for people with dietary needs like Halal or Kosher.

Great location near to the train station. Room was nicely decorated and very clean.

When we arrived, after travelling by ferry and train we were disappointed to find no milk in the room despite there being a fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. I went and asked at reception to be informed that we could not get any until 5pm when the cafe room opened but this was my only niggle.
