Mi è piaciuto assolutamente tutto. Ho soggiornato una sola notte, ma sarei rimasta molto più a lungo. Dall’inconfondibile profumo che si percepisce appena si entra in hotel fino alla camera, tutto è stato impeccabile. Ho termini di paragone con diversi hotel quattro stelle di Milano. Inoltre, lavoro presso il prestigioso hotel cinque stelle Mandarin Oriental e per questo motivo presto molta attenzione ai dettagli del servizio e dell’ospitalità. Posso dire sinceramente che questa struttura merita un 4+++ per atmosfera, pulizia, qualità degli ambienti, cura dei dettagli e professionalità del personale. L’unico piccolo appunto riguarda la colazione. Tuttavia, considerando il prezzo del soggiorno, la colazione è stata ottima e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è semplicemente eccezionale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption stehen gelassen und konnten erst einchecken, nachdem wir sagten, dass ein Zimmer frei ist. Das war etwas unangenehm.
