Nice, comfortable room. The hotel is very close to the station, so the location was ideal for us. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. The gentleman working there was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choices.

Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was not entirely positive. Both the reception staff and the breakfast staff did not seem particularly welcoming. There was no specific incident, but their overall attitude felt somewhat unfriendly and lacked warmth. In particular, one of the ladies at breakfast spoke quite rudely to a colleague, which was uncomfortable to witness and detracted from the overall atmosphere.
